He projects that the Gross Value Added (GVA) from the manufacturing sector will rise significantly, increasing from ₹3.4 lakh crore to ₹7.3 lakh crore by 2029. This growth trajectory is set to create 500,000 jobs.
Moreover, the state aims to secure ₹5 lakh crore from the targeted ₹30 lakh crore investment. Naidu also indicated that exports from Andhra Pradesh could potentially double, reaching USD 40 billion by 2024.
Strategic Planning and Job Creation Focus

Competitive Incentives and Support for Local Brands
The Chief Minister outlined several key aspects of the new policies, including:

- Support for home-grown global brands
- A commitment to product quality
Additionally, these policies promote industrial decarbonization and enhance the “speed of doing business.”
They drive efficiency and sustainability, benefiting the entire sector. By implementing these measures, the government supports growth and innovation across industries.
“In the past, from 2014 to 2019, we ranked number one in ease of doing business for four consecutive years. Now, I am introducing the concept of ‘speed of doing business.’ We will evaluate how quickly we can achieve our goals. To streamline processes, we will consolidate multiple approval windows into a single desk for expedited proposal clearance,” Naidu stated.
A Comprehensive Approach to Economic Growth
The state government will adopt a four-pronged approach focusing on:
- Cutting production costs
- Accelerating business processes

With these ambitious policies, Andhra Pradesh aims to redefine its industrial framework and drive substantial economic growth. By fostering an environment conducive to innovation and efficiency, the government seeks to create a vibrant industrial ecosystem that benefits both investors and the local workforce.
